Who operates this messaging program. Estria is operated by Sahil Pambhar, a sole proprietor based in the United States. Sahil Pambhar is the registered sender of record for the SMS program described here and is responsible for the messages it sends, for honoring opt-outs, and for this policy. These terms govern your use of Estria, software that helps a licensed real-estate agent respond to their own clients by text message and manage those conversations. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Estria sends and receives text messages on a real-estate agent's behalf, answering questions about the agent's listings, scheduling showings, and following up. Replies are generated by an automated AI assistant, and messages that commit the agent are held for the agent's approval.
By providing consent, an agent's client agrees to receive conversational text messages from the agent (via Estria) about their home search, listings, and showings.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Agents are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their clients before messaging them, for the content of messages sent on their behalf, and for complying with applicable laws (including the TCPA and CTIA messaging principles). You may not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Estria is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months.
